All our products are new and come with their original manufacturers packaging and warranty. We do not sell seconds or damaged products. Most orders are delivered by LTL truck via curbside delivery. Very small orders that are deemed safe to ship via common carrier will be shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground. Shipping charges will appear during your checkout process. Shipping charges generated by the automated system are estimated. Please call to confirm shipping charges if you feel the system's estimate appears inconsistent with the order and we will gladly offer you a manual quote. Please note orders consisting of product that is sourced from multiple suppliers will likely incur additional shipping charges. Customer service will contact the Buyer whenever this occurs so there will not be any surprises.Only professional delivery companies are entrusted with delivering product to Magic Floors customers. Delivery area is within the contiguous United States. Please note that professional delivery companies do assess extra fees in relation to certain deliveries therefore it is very important to comply with their policies in order to avoid inadvertent fees. Examples of such fees include:

  • - Refusal of shipment (Shipment should not be refused under any circumstance since the act of refusal always results in additional fees regardless of the circumstance. Please note all the issues on the BOL paperwork, accept the shipment and contact Customer service ASAP)
  • - Shipment to a limited access area (including but not limited to metropolitan area, or where only a small box truck is able to make it to the designated address.)
  • - Change of address after material has shipped
  • - Buyer is unwilling to receive shipment within the allotted 2-5 business days depending on carrier
  • - Shipment not picked up from a terminal within allotted 2-5 business days depending on carrier

Please, provide us with a phone number at which you can be reached 24/7. The trucking company will call you prior to residential delivery to schedule the delivery. Please specify a valid street address for delivery. No deliveries can be made to a P.O. Box. Your shipment will be insured. Prior to shipment, the warehouse manager will check all materials to make sure that nothing is damaged. The material will be securely attached to a pallet. An average sale requires 7-10 business days from start to finish as long as the product is available in the U.S.A. Please keep in mind that items imported from overseas require 6-12 weeks lead time from factory to the supplier's warehouse. We recommend that you make your purchase without delay as soon as you confirm your desired product choices. It is always better to be safe than sorry. In the unlikely circumstance where items are out of stock you may request a national search. We are glad to help locate your items for you from alternate vendors however please be prepared for new pricing and shipping charges. All suppliers have their own pricing structure and cost of shipping varies by location.

Once the shipment is picked up by the shipping company you will receive an email with the tracking and contact information for the shipping company. Please read this email carefully as it provides detailed instructions as to what to look for at the time of delivery. Basically, when the products arrive, please immediately check to ensure that there is no evidence of damage, wrong color or missing items. If you find any damaged materials put a note on Bill of Lading describing the damage and contact us immediately. If you sign the Bill of Lading and do not make notes regarding any problems with the shipment (such as damages, shortages, incorrect product, etc), is not responsible for refunds or replacements.
